We provide a wide range of services on either contract or non-contract basis.  Our services include computer sales, repairs, upgrades, data recovery, remote backup, virus removal and networking.  Our services are provided by the hour, 1 hour minimum and 15 minute increments after the first hour.  All services are provided onsite.  Carry in service is also available by appointment only.

Non-contract services are provided on a first come, first served basis, after all contract customer calls are addressed.  Services are billed by the hour at the published hourly rate for the time period that the services are performed.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

Non-contract Rates

Rates are by the hour with 1 hour minimum, and billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour unless otherwise listed below.

Normal Hours

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

$125.00 per hour / 1 hour minimum

 

Emergency After Hours Service

6:01 p.m. to 8:59 a.m. Monday-Friday, weekends and Holidays

$150.00 per hour / 2 hour minimum

 

 

Carry in/Drop off

You may bring in your equipment and drop it off for service by appointment only.  If you prefer this service, please call our office at 405-236-2220 to schedule an appointment.

          Carry in /Drop off                                                        $100.00 per hour/$50.00 minimum

Contract services are provided based on the type of contract.  All contracts cover labor only.  Charges for all required software updates and replacement parts will be billed to the customer.
